Patricia J. Thompson has over 30 years of law enforcement and crisis management experience. She is a career criminal investigator, trainer, and former Ohio State Trooper. Patricia was a sniper on the FBI Miami SWAT Team and a Crisis Management Coordinator in Miami and Los Angeles. She is a decorated recipient of the Director’s Award from the U.S. Attorney General’s Office, a multiple award winner from the U.S. Attorney’s Office and State Attorney’s Office for outstanding investigative case work. Patricia is a firearms instructor, certified to teach defensive tactics, arrest tactics, crisis management, police sniper, instructor development and leadership.
